I have been an ETrade customer for several years and have to also say that it used to be better. Not only have I lost money (my own fault) but the fees that I am charged ate up any other cash that I had in my account. I had much better customer service with Quick and Reilly, which over the past several years has gone by the wayside. I am hoping to add funds to my account and invest again, now may be the best time with the economy the way it is. It used to be that I could call and get friendly customer service from a real person, the last time I called, which was recently; it took what seemed like forever to even get to a real person. I will try and stay with ETrade, but it may be a battle to keep me with them for the long haul.
